Has anyone else noticed the typo in How to Invest in Real Estate? I’ve never seen that in a book before, then again I don’t read many books.

I’m new to the game and looking to make my first offer in the next month or so.  When using the Rental Property calculator what is a good cost to use for water/ gas/ electricity/ garbage removal?  I’ve been using $100 for each and $20 for garbage.  I figured these would be conservative numbers to use.
