I have 2 properties in mind hard to pass up can purchase with 100k. Do a hardship withdrawal pay it back within the 3 years or loan within 5 years but with the loan a lot of cash would come out of my paycheck weekly. Any ideas would be appreciated thank you.

Pablo I’m in the same boat as you. Dealing with the banks are a nightmare was wondering if going with a HTM is worth it just because of getting deals at a faster pace. What are the rates of a 1 year bridge loan?

What are if any the tax benefits to owning real estate overseas? I believe any income under 10k a year Uncle Sam won’t tax. For instance property tax, maintenance, flying to ie. Italy.

Pay off my full mortgage or invest in more rentals? If I do invest; put the 100k in a multi-family or do a BRR strategy on a single family? I have a single family rental in N.Carolina did a BRR strategy worked well but with the market so uncertain don’t know if this would be a good idea. Thank you for any advice.

Trying to get a cash out refinance to get my 50k back without doing a BRRR.? I believe that I found a great deal house is currently rented at 775.00 comps are 75k and up. Is this possible? ( I paid cash). Is it too hopeful to get 75 percent back?
