My name is Jon Everett, I'm from Surprise, Arizona. I recently graduated high school and the whole real estate business sounds like a great option for me. Right now I'm interested in notes; performing, non performing, anything having to do with notes.

I'm new to all of this, can someone help me understand exactly what a non performing note is? What exactly am I buying, and what are all of my options when selling? All help is appreciated, thanks!
