Wow thanks Chris for all the valuable information! I am really stoked to have found this website and to be able to communicate with such knowledgeable investors. I will look into those zip codes and I am ready to pull the trigger when a deal looks good.

From the research I've done, the downtown area and the Hickory Ridge-South Riverdale area are the most attractive neighborhoods for tenants and command the highest rents. I took a look at your website and you seem pretty dialed in to the Memphis market. Any advice on where to look and where to completely avoid? I'm from out of state, so all I can do is read about what others say and go off of their recommendations.

Hello BP!

I am new to the site and I'm so glad that I happened to stumbled upon it. My wife and I are looking into buying our first investment property in the Memphis, TN market. After doing a lot of research, Memphis seems like one of the safest cities to invest in real estate. Just looking for some input on what you guys think about Memphis. Thanks!!!
