Matthew, Thanks for sharing and leaving the feedback. That is all true best experience is by actually going out there and doing it. But for me I need to have a plan before purchasing my first property. Also I agree with you there are several scenarios that could happen but you have to expect some obstacles through any flip you do. As time goes on and I flip my first property this year I will share my first experience. Have a great week!

Robert, Thanks for the information. I have the same outlook as you do I want to have everything in order before jumping into this. I got realtors lined up and contractors. I live in Cleveland and this is the market I want to stay within. My hope like I told the others is that I find some potential partners to fund these real estate flips for a share of the profit.

Al Perez, Yeah I have yet decided on any where yet. I’m still in the process of getting things together. I’m currently in the search for a partner at this time. Not looking at properties till I have everything else in order.

Good Morning everyone, I am new to BP and new to real estate investing. I have conducted a lot of research on flipping houses and finding good contractors. My next step is to get in touch with some potential real estate partners; however, I don’t know where to begin and find these individuals?
