@Erin Elam I think you can write it into the contract the amount of time you want to exclusively be able to sell the property (2-4 weeks).  I might be wrong but from what I have read and heard from the podcast's I think that's right.

If I am wrong, please somebody correct me.  I am a newbie here and don't claim to be an expert and definitely don't want to misguide anyone.
