Hey everyone! I am considering joining sub two. I was just curious if anyone here had any experience or thoughts/reviews to share.
I feel like it's a great way to learn more about creative financing and other re investment strategies. I was surprised by the cost when I was about to sign up Mentorship programs can be expensive and I do see the value for sure.
Thanks in advance for any input!

Investment Info:
Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Pittsburgh.
Purchase price: $42,000
Cash invested: $110,000
Sale price: $249,000
After reviewing the Sheriff Sale list for the upcoming month, my wife and I decided to take a drive and look at our short list we were interested in. The first few need some work, mostly cosmetic. Then we pulled up to this awesome brick 4 square with a little victorian swag. All brick with stone lentils and sills with tons of leaded and stained glasswork. We looked in and saw the grand staircase and butler stairs, we were in...after a little due diligence of course!
