Hello Everyone,

My name is Jonathan and I am from Covina, CA (25 miles east of Los Angeles)

I am 23 and have been around the real estate industry since i was 18. I have always wanted to invest in real estate, but never knew how to start. I started reading the book "Investing in real estate with no and low money down" and I was really fascinated with the longest chapter in the book which was about wholesaling.

I just wanted to know what should be the first thing I do to begin?

As i have read through the forum I see that the first thing you should do is educate yourself and second reach out to local buyers and ask what type of deals they are looking for, but besides those 2 things what else can I do?
