Hi All,
I am growing my business in the Little Rock, Arkansas Metro Area. I am curious to know if anyone can recommend a real estate agent or firm that deals with corporate rentals for homes. The house I live in is a house that is a little big but could be rented out. I am curious to see if going through an agent who deals will people coming into the area on business where their firm provides the housing for them is a good option.

@James Tedrow I would be surprised if that change made it through Congress even if Democrats controlled the Senate as well. That is a great campaign item to win votes if lower income people, but practically to many Senators and Representatives would have a lot to lose by voting for that change. Just my opinion.

@Sylvia B. My apologies for not being clear. It is not two properties. It is more like 15 properties and I overestimated. Closer to 7k

Good morning and I hope everyone had a nice fourth of July despite the pandemic.
I currently own and self manage properties in towns where residents of those towns (tenants and homeowners alike) are required to procure their own sanitation removal company.
I have two family properties in these towns and until now I have simply paid for one garbage service per building.
Does anyone have opinions on each tenant being responsible for their own garbage collection and pick up and setting up their own contract with these local companies. Obviously tenants pay for utilities on their own and responsible per the lease to keep the property clean and not a mess which we are enforcing.
Obviously it is not a ton of money, but it could be a savings of over $8,000 - $10,000 a year on our end. While to some that is not a lot of money, it is something, and I believe every line of the balance sheet should be looked at :)
Thank you all for your feedback.
Post: Billing Back for Sewer Charges In New Jersey Multi Families

Hi everyone.
I hope you are staying safe and healthy during this time.
I currently self manage my family's residential multi-family portfolio in New Jersey. We have never charged back to the tenants the sewer utility by the municipalities. I am curious to know if this is something that New Jersey Landlords do. If I were to divide up the sewer bill of a two-family residence by 50%, is this something that would stick out or affect future tenants from choosing to live in my place.
As a note we own over 40 buildings so being able to bill this chargeback would be beneficial.
Thank you all for your feedback.
