Im not sure what cable you have up there. But I believe Comcast and Spectrum do not have contracts and you can cancel once the flip is done. I know for sure Spectrum because thats who I used. Had the same problem they broke in once and got a few things. Set it up dvr, motion, alerts sent to my phone. No more problems.

I have just received my HVAC license. Is it better to work directly with investors or to work under a GC? My thoughts are that I might be able to offer better pricing straight to an investor and also maybe learn some things about investing. But a GC probably can keep me busy and also offer bigger jobs.

I am eager to start learning from bp. I live outside of Tampa. I own a HVAC company and have been on the construction side of real estate all my life. I want to change that and learn how to invest in buy and hold properties while still working fulltime.
