Hello BP!
Im looking for anyone to weigh in on an interesting REI strategy. What are your opinions of renting a property for commercial leasing and use that property to sublease for an STR with Airbnb or VRBO.
I imagine getting a landlord to agree to this could be a challenge but think you mitigate some of the cost of owning the property.

Hello BP forum,
I came across an article this week that suggested funding a new business with an IRA and that could be used for investment properties. It seemed a bit unconventional and I haven't seen that suggested in any REI books.
Thoughts on this? Is it legitimate or does it come with exorbitant costs?

Hello,
I've read a ton of investing books but never really got an answer on the best order to start investing. I want to put a buy and hold rental property in an LLC. Is this a good order before I start to make offers?
1. LLC creation with a lawyer
2. Accountant
3. Financing
4. Property search
5. Offer submission
6. Purchase
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
