I am looking to get started in wholesaling, but as with any new venture, getting started can be the hardest part. I'm currently working on building a network of cash buyers in the East Texas area and would appreciate any advice on the best strategies for finding them.
I currently own rental property, but my goal is to use wholesaling as a way to generate more capital for future multifamily investments.
Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, thank you. Sorry for the late reply. My job doesn't allow me to carry a cell phone and there are long hours.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for multifamily real estate events where I can network and connect with others who share similar goals. Does anyone have recommendations for conferences, meetups, or events? I'm based in Texas but am more than willing to travel for the right opportunities.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

It is because every investment opportunity comes with risk. I own intellectual property in Canada. When they presented the opportunity to me, they showed me what countries want it licensed, what companies are interested and all of that. I absolutely think it was the right investment because of that but not once did anyone guarantee that this would work out. I think it will, but that risk is still there. Anyone making guarantees worries me because there are no guarantees in anything let alone investments. I myself don't have a lot of appetite for risk which is why I started investing in real estate.

Nice to meet you. I own two properties here in Texas. Both of them I own free and clear. I have other assets in Canada but I looking at bringing everything here when the exchange rate is better. I'm looking to expand into multifamily as well.

Hi everyone, I’m a Canadian that relocated to Texas and currently own two properties outright (no mortgages or loans). I’m looking to expand my portfolio more quickly and am particularly interested in trying seller financing as a strategy. I’d love advice on leveraging my existing assets, navigating seller finance deals, or other tips for scaling effectively. Thanks in advance for your guidance!
