Hey all! I'm trying a new method with my wholesaling company in Houston, TX!

If you can find or have access to off market properties and relay them to my team, if the deal is good and we can get it under contract we would either pay $500-2000 or a percentage depending on the deals that we close on :)

Our criteria is something like this
Under 200k
1000 sq ft min
1000 in rent a month min

built in 1950 or newer

3-2 or a 3-1
2 bedrooms will also work.
aiming for pre foreclosures and absentee owners!

Hey there fellow BP members! I was curious if there are any mentors out there in the Houston area that are willing to JV my first couple of contracts to understand how the whole process works, If anyone can give advice or info on where meet ups are in houston and or people who want to help the youth. give me a shout!

Hey fellow BP members! I was curious if the market for such as a place as summit county and or lake county are even approachable for wholesaling.
I live in lake county currently and the market just seems to expand over time and get more expensive! 

I was just curious to see what other investors or wholesalers have to say.

@Matt M. Focusing on starting off with wholesaling.
Purchase and sale agreements and assignment contracts.
Also, when I obtain a property under contract it is best to then bring that contract to the title agency for them to look over correct? then clear the title, so I can therefore turn around and give it to a investor via assignment contracts.
