After almost 2 weeks I have just finished my DFD in my whole neighborhood. I have gained a list of about 75 properties. I began keeping track of them in my Excel spreadsheet. Now I am looking to contact them. I began using whitepages along with my tax assessors office but whitepages caps me at only 5 lookups. Even when you buy the $5 service that caps you at 20 per month. LAME! Can anyone recommend a cheap or free way to gain access to phone #'s. Since I am just starting with very little money I am trying to keep my costs as low as possible. Any other advice would be great as well. Thank you everyone.

I have a Google voice # but it is being used for a radio talk show I host (fantasy football show, if anyone is interested) and I tried to get a new google voice number but I cannot because the phone number is being used for my radio show. I don't want people calling my show asking about properties so what is the best method for getting a new number I can use for my wholesaling business? Google voice hack or another provider is fine, free would be optimal. Thank you.
Thank you so much. I appreciate your help and I will do that. The guy was really nice who showed me around and I was thinking of how to thank him. Cash is usually a good gift and he had a Pepsi with him so I was going to bring him a case of that as well.
I have recently started driving for dollars. I enjoy driving because it gives me the opportunity to talk to people I see in the neighborhoods I search. Yesterday I came across a man who asked me if I wanted to buy a house (saw me coming a mile away) and I replied, "Sure." He mentioned that his neighbor had recently passed and that his son owns the property now and is looking to get rid of it since he has his own house not far from there. He even took me on a tour of the outside of the property. Property has a gazebo but no central air. Since I am new please correct me if I am wrong. The first thing I should do is find the ARV, correct? I was an appraiser so comping out a property is not that difficult but I am concerned using Zillow. What other websites would be useful. Thank you.
