@Jimmy Nguyen Hi Jimmy ! Were you ever able to get an answer on this somewhere? I currently have 1 rental down in Hampton. I am actually looking at a current property that I would like to estimate rehab costs for.

hello everyone, 

I have two tenants who I have not made sign a lease. One of the tenants was delinquent on a payment for 14 days. The other tenant just texted me that he will be moving out ASAP despite our verbal agreement of notifying me 30 days prior.


Has anyone had to deal with an eviction notice for no lease tenants ? Do you guys send notices after X amount of days of no payment ? Also, would you guys send a notice to the tenant who is leaving to ensure that he/she is gone by the next month in hopes of finding a new tenant for that particular room?
