Thank you! We are also in PA among other markets.  We use a couple of different sources for skip tracing: batch leads, Kind Skip Tracing, and some highly recommended people from Fiverr.

We are using call tools.  I have checked our caller ids for spam and recycle them every week.  We are calling mobile numbers which are better at detecting robo callers I think.

Hi everyone!

I am part of a wholesale team and an integrator for our business. We have a VA that calls multiple hours a day. I was hoping to get some input as to what hours of the day people are having their cold callers dial and at what times are you having the most success regarding connections/leads.

Our “no answer” rate hovers between 65-72% so we really want to bring this number down.

Any and all help is appreciated!
