I need to evict a commercial tenant in Newark NJ. I have filed eviction papers at the County courthouse. I was told I need a lawyer to represent me since the property is owned by an LLC.

Any recommendations for an affordable lawyer?  The tenant hasn't paid rent in a few months.  Thanks.

Hi, 

I am looking for an investor friendly realtor specializing in student housing in Rutgers University Area.  I am based in northern NJ and have four properties out of state but I am looking to invest in student housing in NJ.  Please let me know if you know of any great realtors or property management companies.  Thank you so much for your help.
