This is my first post on BP (Just signed up), and I have not purchased a single property yet. I'm hoping to have my first one by end of the year (That's my goal anyway) but I don't know much about REI and I'm concerned about how to get good financing, what the best first step to take is, etc. I want to make a move but what are some things to be aware of and how would you guys recommend I start? I assume Single family? Thanks in advance
