Hi, I am new to the forum and am looking to learn about getting into real estate. I am currently in college and have been very interested in the idea of fixing up/renting/buying and selling properties, hoping to make this a full time job one day. Right now, I know little about this but I am very motivated to learn more. Networking with experienced individuals located near me as well as learning about this lucrative field from their perspective is valuable to me. Being able to get a foot in the door early on and making this a possibility for me is the ultimate goal. Thank you for reading!
