Hi Vince! We are in PA about a hour and half from the poconos. I will definitely check out that area. I see you are a realtor do you service that area?

Hi everyone! My fiancé and I are looking to buy our first short term rental property. What does everyone think is the most profitable area to purchase in? We are willing to spend up to 500,000. Any tips and information is greatly appreciated thank you!

 Hi Jon,

Have you lined up the financing yet?

Hey Erik! we have talked with a broker but haven’t lined anything up yet. Do you have any recommendations?

Thanks everyone! We have been looking in the smoky mountain area, Florida, and north/south Carolina. Is the Gatlinburg/ pigeon forge area over saturated? We have 3 long term rentals now and we can’t decide if it would be a better investment to go short term or stay long term.
