Thank you for the information. Unfortunately its not their primary residence. Im looking for around 50K to finish the project. I think what you suggested private money is the way to go. Where can I find private money?

Im a General Construction in the area of Los Angeles. Due to Covid permits, material and labor cost has gone up therefore it's been a challenge to finish multiple ADU. These project are located in the area of South Central Los Angeles. It's a garage conversion into a 2 bed 1 bath unit. Has plans approved and permits. Foundation, Framing, Walls, Roof (shingles), Windows, Doors, Walls wrapped with paper and netting ready for stucco. All of this has been completed. Now we just need money to finish the rest. Need some guidance, private investor, contractor advice. Hope someone can help. Thanks for reading.
