Post: Great Colorado Off-Market Investment Opportunity!

My client recently decided to part ways with approximately 80 units located in four different condo communities across Aurora and East Denver.  I'm currently seeking contact information for anyone that might be interested in any number, or all of the units in this portfolio.  Seller would like to keep them off market. Nearly all of the units are are currently tenant occupied, for a turnkey investment opportunity.  Units will range from the $180k's to the low $300k's depending on the unit.  Seeking interest only right now, with sales beginning sometime within the next 30 days.

Thanks!

Thanks James!  I also heard her on the Rookie Podcast, but didn't think to follow her IG.  Will do that!

Any recommendations on a good Real Estate minded accountant in the Denver or Northern Colorado area? We just have a couple doors, some self employment, as well as some W2 income. I'm looking for someone that can help set us up for the upcoming tax season, be available and involved year round if we have questions, and not cost an arm and a leg. Thanks

Thanks Jorge! That's helpful. We were pretty focused on the South Tampa and Hyde Park area. If there is better STR value in Ybor and the Heights we will shift our focus that direction a little. I appreciate it!

My wife and I are looking to purchase our first short term rental and we are drawn to the Tampa area because family is nearby and we frequent the state. It seems like the right fit geography, and the price points are about what we want to spend. Does anyone have any specific experience with the STR market in the city of Tampa? Any "learn from my mistake" stories specific to Hillsborough County and Tampa? Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey Brother, I like your thought process and I agree that the Government infrastructure can really boost job security and employment rates.  Im Real Estate Broker in the Denver area, but where we are seeing some of the best growth is in the nearby suburbs to the state capital.  Within drivetime of downtown, but without the downtown prices.  Most of the Denver workforce is priced out of Denver for first time home buyers, and its near impossible to pick up a property at a good price.  Multifamily options in nearby burbs might be your best bet in Denver.  Hit me up if you have any specific questions about the Denver market!
