Do you have any specific type of property you are looking to purchase?

 I want to find out more about property management,  I've heard horror stories.  But, at the end of the day a passive income and generating rental income would be ideal. 

The specific type would be a duplex, condo, and some smaller single family homes.

Hey all, my name is Jordan Haldeman and I'm new to investing. I currently work full time as an air traffic controller and looking for opportunities to generate active and passive income through rental properties, flips, wholesales, etc. I hope to learn some more in depth details through BP and start investing ASAP!
