Awesome! What is your current game plan regarding financing? Will you maintain the HELOC, refi once you're done with projects? Or something else?

Hi Suzanne! I'm local here in Moscow I may have some investors interested--would you be able to send any financials?
Also, have you considered an investment Heloc instead? I have some clients who have had success with that which allowed them to pull the cash short term for other investments while not sacrificing any equity to other investors.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Quinton.
Purchased a single-family home on a 30-year fixed to use as primary for 1 year while we furnish it as an Airbnb. In the next 1-2 years we plan to move to the next property while leaving furnishings behind and Airbnb the property.
