Hello! I'm an Agent/Investor in Denver,CO and have completed 6 flips with a partner in the last 2 years, while selling real estate full time. I would like to branch out into a different market outside of Colorado, and am looking to network with other Fix & Flippers in different markets. Willing to JV partner with individuals or simply network with other investors to see if I can add value in any way, and learn about or branch out into a different market. I have some funds and a large HELOC at my disposal and the ability to qualify for loans if need be. @Jeff Cua.  Congrats on starting the journey, I am looking to do the same thing currently.  I've been an agent for 7 years and have been flipping for a few years here in Denver, but out of state MF is where I will be focusing my future efforts.  All the best to you in the future, maybe we can connect down the road.
