I’m currently looking to connect with equity partners / private investors who are interested in funding solid real estate deals in the Atlanta, GA area and surrounding markets.

My role:

• Source the property (off-market or listed with strong upside potential)
• Oversee the project from acquisition through rehab or stabilization
• Manage contractors, timelines, and execution
• Keep communication transparent at every stage

What I’m looking for:

• An equity partner who can provide the capital to fund the purchase and potentially rehab
• Someone open to a joint venture structure where profits are split fairly (based on contribution)
• An investor who values clear communication, reliable execution, and solid ROI
