Our speakers for May are Chris Baird and Ben Sturgill from We Invest Florida Investment Company.

We Invest Florida Investment Company was founded on the backbone of experience and expertise of successful business practices. Ben and Chris have an extensive background in the options markets, coaching, sales, marketing, and real estate investing. They have been investing in the markets and in real estate for over 20 years, and have purchased over 1000 single-family and multi-family units.

Chris began purchasing property while in college at Western Oregon University 1999 - 2003 obtaining a business degree in finance and marketing.

Ben Studied and played basketball at New Hampshire University and then played professional basketball on the International stage where he learned how International Business was conducted.

We Invest Florida currently coaches and mentors other real estate investors by connecting, mentoring and partnering on residential and commercial projects and seeks to buy, fix, and sell deals such as homes and commercial and Multifamily properties.

Ben and Mark plan to discuss the current state of the real estate market as an asset class, as well as how they find properties in this area and their plan for building a long-term portfolio.

Prior to joining U.S. 1031 Exchange Services, Inc., Ryan Stulman was a Sr. Operations Manager and oversaw operations for one of the largest private payroll and benefits companies in the United States. Ryan Stulman is a licensed title agent in Florida and received both his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

What even is a 1031 exchange?
