Upen Patel asset-based because I am an asset heavy individual without a W2 income at the moment. Not the right line of thinking?

I'm looking for a construction lender for my scrape and build in Denver. Once built the home will be our primary residence and have a STR basement (plans already finished). Looking for asset-based financing. Thanks for any suggestions!

Kinley Puzey thanks for the feedback. It's a single family home with a small STR unit. We have a couple bids on the drawings and what-not, just wanted to make sure we are in the right ball park as far as costs go.

My wife and I are working on a project in the Lohi neighborhood of Denver. What should we expect to pay for architectural drawings, structural and civil engineering, and a surveyor?

James Carlson sounds great! We have been brainstorming if ABnB would be a better play then long term leases! Good to know that a carriage house might be better if other STRs will be prohibited with the new laws.

Anson Young thanks! We are looking at Buy&Hold types of investments and BRRR--currently in Aurora but closing on a property in Lohi that we plan to renovate move-in and rent out a carriage house on the lot--then rent out our Aurora home!

Hey BP community! I'm Jordan--my wife, Aleah, and I are excited about getting of the ground with some property investments this year! I have played 7 years in the NFL--last 3 years as a Bronco--and since moving here we have decided to call Colorado 'home' regardless of where football might brings us. We would love to connect with local professionals and amateurs. ✊🏾
