@Joseph Firmin again I appreciate your help and reading suggestions. I will be getting tight on those and come back when I can propose a more valid strategy of my goals.

@Joseph Firmin sincerely appreciate you outlining this. The list of questions has me thinking in a new way. At first, I wanted to passively supplement my income with rental properties, but after thinking about it I want to actively invest and build a portfolio. I’m 27, and want to be involved in commercial investments by the time I am 30. My goal is to transition out of a 9-5 to be an independent investor and owner. I know that this is still very broad, and realize I need to dial in on specifics and begin studying and retaining information on the exact type of investor I want to be. Suggestions on material/resources or where I should study up on?

Newbie sitting on 300k cash, looking to invest in properties/rentals/multi units for a Side hustle...where can I make the most secure and profitable investment(s). Any suggestions? I have no idea what I’m doing.
