I live in Richmond also and I have been looking to break into some college towns in VA. Looking for multi family or single family with 3+ rooms. Any help would be appreciated!

I have been scouring college towns all over VA looking for some good opportunities and they seem to be few and far between. Anyone know of some good strategies for finding deals in college towns?

ALSO- any particular schools that are "hot" right now?
