So I would like to talk with someone with experience with buying foreclosed houses and fix/flipping them.

is it profitable?

can you roughly go threw the steps started off with buying the house off the bank. Do I need an inspector before purchase of house?

How long does an inspection period usually last? is it a few days from when the contract is signed? or is the inspection period before the contract is signed?

I want to do my first wholesale deal here soon, can I get some tips on marketing, what route I should go w/out spending much of my own cash.

How should I approach a homeowner?

Thankyou

Hello everyone, So I am new with REI I recently took a class threw clever investor. Got some good knowledge out of that. Just recently found a title agent that will work with me. Im sure ill have more questions along the way, but for now my question is earnest deposit.

Can someone tell me what is a good way to explain to a homeowner what earnest money is, and maybe why I'm only putting in $10-$100 earnest deposit to open escrow.

Just looking for tips/opinions/strategies anything lol, Thanks!!
