@Greg R. Lowest MBA mortgage market index since '97, and it is going to get worse.

The Feds are still holding ~$2.5-3 Trillion in Mortgage Backed Securities on their Balance Sheet.

Facts are facts, as much as feelings can drive a market.

if they had a CD signed the lender wouldn't re-run AUS would they.

That is the only way this kind of scenario could crop up at such time correct?

That should be a condition prior to signing the Closing Disclosure, which is before the last step of signing the Final Docs with the notary. What is this LO trying to pull?

Hi Griffin,

I am a local (literally I live on the crossroads of Via de Ventura & Hayden) Mortgage Broker. I do not have any upfront fees and low rates if you want to give me a buzz. (will send info in private mssg).

Hi Kevin,

Providing essentially the same information that you would when you purchased your 1st property would suffice + a couple documents on your current residence (W2, ID, 1 month of paystubs, 2 months bank statements, Homeowner's Insurance, Recent Mortgage Statement).

And they need to impress you with their pricing and service not the other way around. For you, it is just a matter of qualifying, for them it is a matter of them not gouging you with junk fees and points.

Best of luck to you Kevin.

(you do not need your credit karma report, once you have the right lender they will run your credit for you)
