Any additional info or advice you feel would be of help I will be greatly appreciative. I'm trying to play it safe for my first deal if that says anything. I was also considering section 8 rentals also.

@Min Zhang thank you for reaching out. I'm wanting to know all my options for financing my first deal. I'm worried about making a mistake. I over analyze too much even when I find a decent deal. Any help I will appreciate it for sure.

I downloaded an app to run numbers on to help me also. Having someone to cross refrence deals with would help me too. I can look at a deal and know it will work for me sometimes but that worry about making a mistake is always looming over me lol. Thank you for responding.

@Ken M. I'm basically stuck at square one lol. Paralysis of analysis. I can find some potential deals and make sense of it in my head but I get stuck on the follow through. I downloaded an app to run numbers but I don't want to make a move until I know what all my options are as far as financing are concerned. I have my own funds as well but I want to leverage as much as I can so I can stretch my funds further also. I'm worried about making a mistake on my first deal. Thank you for responding.
