Hello,

I am new wholesaler in WA state and was wondering if anyone would recommend any good transactional lenders and their experiences doing business with these lenders.

Thanks,

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for replying to my post. It's nice to hear from investors who are on the same boat as me. lol! That's awesome you have a seasoned flipper as a partner. Have you guys done any deals yet? Where did you guys meet? I will send you an email later.

Have a great day,

Jorge Giraldo

Hello bigger pockets members,

My name is Jorge and I am a new Pro member with no Real Estate investing experience. I am looking for a mentor in the Seattle area (East Side) who can show me how to find deals and fund them. In return I will be your assistant for free and help you with everyday chores (calls, direct mail, data entry, emails, etc). I know a few people with self directed IRAs who might be interested in becoming passive investors.

Thank you,

Jorge Giraldo

Hello,

I am new Real Estate investor and have been analyzing 1 deal a day since upgrading to PRO about a month ago. My realtor sent me a listing for a ready to move in 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in a great neighborhood. My numbers show a 15% cash on cash return on my rental. I have been pre approved for a $205,000 FHA loan and was wondering if I can get a second opinion on my deal analysis since I haven't really heard much about condos on the webinars/podcasts. I was also wondering if remodeling the kitchen will ensure me a higher rent/equity.
