Hi I hope everyone is doing ok. I have a question. I’m in the central Florida area. Once I get the wholesale deal under contract what do I do next? Do I go to the title company or attorney with it to lock it in? Or have it notarized?

Hello I'm starting to get good answers for properties I'm about to wholesale. I would like to see anybody can provide good example contracts between me and the motivated seller and a buyer for assignment contract

Awesome thank you. What do y'all recommend I do when I find the owner? What's a good strategy that works? For instance write a yellow letter, leave a note or write address down and send a letter. I was thinking about calling them up, telling them who I am and asking them if they want to sell then go from there.

Hey I got a question. Forwholesaling I'm going to start driving for dollars and looking for vacant properties. How would I be able to find the owner for free.

In my opinion I think that it would be better to use a personal phone number so that they won't think its a scam and so that they would feel more comfortable calling, but at the same time a 1800 number is also good because it makes you look professional. Either way I would think it'll be alright.

I got a few questions for direct mail. I have learned the drive for dollars strategy, but as far as getting a list for direct mail where do I go? Also what would be a professionally written example of a letter when your looking for deals.
