Hey @Abel Curiel

Thanks for replying and I had written a couple of stuff in this post but i had to delete it because it was against some policies like asking for a mentor. But anyways I'm trying my best learning about all real estate investments and Im really taking a liking to the BRRR method. I have no money out of pocket so I still am kinda confused on some steps like if i need anything to find an agent or how im gonna get a loan from banks if I don't really have a credit score. Im located in the boston area so im trying to get to know the market around here.
