I currently have 1 property and currently my primary residence with my VA loan. I am im the dilema If I should Brrrr my other property or flip it, any way I am looking to expand. Thanks for the advise and the reply! Currently I have no model to evaluate and run each scenario. Can you send me an example of one ? Or how can we work this out? I am currently waiting on an estimate to see how much the rehab will cost. I also need to figure out how to get an accurate ARV. One thing I am going to do is connect with an appraiser, this will help me evaluate and better understand the numbers.

I bought a property November last year. Purchase price was 55k, I did 10k down. I rented this property for a year. It did pretty good. Now I am in the middle of deciding If I should Rehab the property and refinance, rehab the property and sell it or sell the property as is. My goal is to build capital in order to continue my real estate investment. Any thoughts ?
