@Andrew Hodgson I’m in the Olympia area, so that’s not to far, and how were you able to find those type of deals exactly? I don’t have access to the mls or whatever system it’s called lol just researching on google is my main method right now

Where do people find these insane deals for only 50k or 70k? I live in Washington state, and it almost seems impossible to find these deals... unless I am looking in the wrong place and sites for these properties, but then again I am a complete noob, never bought a house. However, I do have a chunk of capital saved up and I am looking to heavily invest in real estate, I’m wanting to build up my rents property portfolio. I need guidance and help.
