@Jim Flynn I have mainly been investing in multifamily unites. I buy all my properties destress via auctions for the most part and rehab and refinance them. I have a portfolio of 9 multifamilies and recently purchased a STR cabin in the Smokies, but I definitely see more potential with building new

@Issac San Miguel would be in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg or Sevierville, but very close to the city line

I'm looking into buying some lots and building some cabins in the smoky mountains. I have noticed most banks and the ones I deal with won't fund in rural areas or require experience with new construction. Has anyone had experience with private lenders that funds these deals

@Joshua Strickland I'm curious to know if you used any pribte lending intuition. I am looking into this myself, but kost lenders won't lend in the rural areas for new construction or require you to have experience with new construction
