Looking for a good property insurance company in Ohio. I am trying to stay away from the big name insurance companies. Looking for good recommendations from my friends here in BP. Thank you in advance.

I was looking at Auction.com but I was leaning more towards something on the mls that needs a little tlc and I can rent fairly quickly.

@Mark Albini oh jo I wish I had 150k cash, sorry for the misunderstanding. I have 35k which is a down payment for a property in the vicinity of 150k.

I decided on CT because of the proximity to me as I live 10 minutes away from state lines. I wanted to manage my first property and really learn the ropes before considering a PM.
