My name is Joseph Irizarry, and I’m the owner of AJI Electrical Solutions Inc. I’m a Licensed Master Electrical Contractor with licenses in Westchester, Putnam, and Orange County, NY, as well as New Jersey and Connecticut. I also hold a Home Improvement contractor's License in Westchester County, New York.

Beyond my electrical business, I’m also a real estate investor with a couple of rental properties. I’m always looking to connect with like-minded professionals to collaborate on real estate projects and other business opportunities.

Hello All,

Has anyone done business with the Ocean City Development company out of Massachusetts? I spoke to them today, over the phone, and they were trying to sell me a mentoring program that cost $1,999. Anyone have any input on them?
