Hello all!

I'm a new real estate investor in the greater Chicagoland (Illinois) area. Earlier this year I purchased and rented a SFH and now am currently in the process of flipping another SFH. I am in search of a CPA and/or Tax professional familiar with real estate investing. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi everyone. Any recommendations on books/ lectures/webinars,etc. that I can access to learn more about the process in purchasing a foreclosure property?

I’m in the Chicagoland area and the few real estate brokers i know keep saying foreclosures “ take too long and is a complicated process”. I need to learn how to make this happen for myself. Any help is appreciated!
