Post: HOA changing rules to not allow STR. What are my legal options?

I have a STR at Carolina Beach. It is a small HOA, 6 units in 1 building. The property is in a LLC and was purchased with no such laws. All owners in the building, other than myself, live there or is their vacation home. They have voted to change the rules to not allow STRs anymore. I have bookings already through the end of the year. What are my legal options? Does anyone have any history with this in NC? Do you know of a good lawyer?
