Hi, I am fairly new to real estate and I am currently considering to start in the wholesaling business. I know that there are currently laws in states like Illinois that make it difficult for wholesalers to succeed. I was wondering if any current wholesalers in the state of Wisconsin could possibly let me know if there are any laws or regulations I should be aware of before starting in this business. I am located in south eastern Wisconsin (Kenosha County). If you have any information on this topic or other suggestions please let me know. thanks

Hi, I am currently a freshman in college and have decided that I want pursue a career in real estate. I'm already minoring in real estate but still need to declare my major. I have thought of either studying communications or business and believe that I can benefit from both going in the the real estate field. Which major would you consider to be the best for me or is there another degree you think I should be pursuing. Thanks.
