Im interested in multi family homes as well as small apartments. What books/blogs did you read in order to get a basic foubdation?

Hey everyone! Just discovered the biggerpockets community, and I'm super impressed and exited to see all of the fantastic resources it has to offer.

I just want to start out by saying this: I'm 22 years old and still a college student working a part-time job on the side. I have no credit considering I've never had a credit card or paid for anything under my name.

I'm really passionate about breaking into real-estate and hope to one day be financial free through the process of investing in real estate, specifically residential.

Do you have have any advice on what I should read, how I can build my credit to qualify for loans, and what the essential readings are on real estate. Basically where do I get started???

Thanks in advance!

Joe
