Everyones advice sounds great  however I heard people saying get a second job. My question to that is than when will they have time for R.E.I.? With 500 I would look for R.E coach someone whos willing to work with you on a deal that you find personally. If he is smart he/she will coach you along and split the profits on a percentage . You can use 150-300 on leads. Or drive for dollars. Finding property info and ownership is easy and in most cases free. You want a coach so they can tell you what  to say in certain situations. I can promise you if your motivated and you bring something to the table successful investors will appreciate that. There are option contracts that can be used in some states and it IS POSSIBLE TO INVEST WITHOUT ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR VERRRRRYYYY LITTLE. I have seen it done and still amazed and learning. Im not an expert just an idea in my head. Dont shoot me.

hello BP family need some help please.

I have a 2/2 manufactured home that I am ready to buy. It's $7000 lot fees are 460 a month water included. Needs cosmetic work I would say $4000. The value that I've been researching on websites for manufactured homes are averaged to be $15000. Owner says he pays 100 a year on taxes which I will double check on that. I want to try and go into this without any money out of pocket even though I am able to make the deal. If some one could just give me a bit of advice and I will definitely research. Thank you spoon much BP
