@Kristopher Kyzar It looks like there is no major rehab needed but no way to know without inspection, maybe some hardwood flooring in certain rooms to make the home a little nicer. I basically did 10% for CAPEX, Vacancy, Repairs, and Property Management. 

@Bradley Chapman Wow, I would have never know about that non-resident property taxes. I was looking at Zillow's estimate around $900. Is that for all of SC or just Charleston?

After using very safe numbers the property only cashflows about $50 a month (using the rental property calculator). Maybe it would be more worth it if there was some type of rehab done (to pull out some cash invested) or a slightly low ball offer was accepted to have some initial equity... Or both

What are your thoughts on this SFH in Charleston?

Seems like there may potentially be good cash flow (3 BR 1 BA, Year Built: 1957)
