Hello! I'm just starting out and my goal is to get my first live-in rental (house with a finished basement/ separate entrance that I rent out). There seems to be a lot of great financing strategies for that. FHA seems to be the best fit for my scenario (I work in film/television so starving artist phrase rings true haha) but it seems to be only in the US. Is there a Canadian equivalent?
