Thanks for your reply.  I heard its not a good idea to join a syndicate unless you're running it.  Is this true?

Is this a bad time to get into multifamily real estate investing?

Looking to connect with fellow Canadians and those who have helped Canadians.  Who did you get your mentorship with?  Have both US and Canadian multifamily properties?

I have a 7 day vacation stay voucher to use up, expires today.

We have partners who are foreign investors. DM me, and I will send you contacts for attorneys, lenders, and accountants they have previously used. It is important that you hire professionals who have experience working with foreign investors.

I sent a DM I'm interested in these connections, from Canada also!

I recently heard about parent/child LLC's. I'm wondering what is the best set up for multifamily/commercial properties?

Anyone purchased their LLC from VALIS International?

I heard Delaware is the best place for LLC, but that you need your LLC in the state you are operating? Does that mean I have a parent LLC in Delaware, then create child LLC in states I would have my investment properties in? I live in Canada.
