I am residing in San Diego but looking to buy my first property around Virginia Beach, VA. I want to create LLC before buying my first rental property. Looking for referral for a good lawyer and/or any tips, advice, lessons learned, do's and don'ts would be greatly appreciated.

I am planning on buying and self-managing my first property around December. Being said, I would like to take classes before before purchasing the property. Can you please recommend the best place where to take these classes? and any tips in general would be awesome
